Rich and delicious protein mousse without the sugar. Psyllium husk mimics egg and binds the mixture to create a light and fluffy dessert!
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 20 seconds. Quickly pour mixture into four glasses, then refrigerate for 4hrs or overnight! Top with fresh berries and chocolate sauce.
To make the Chocolate Sauce
Combine 1tbsp cacao, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2tbsp coconut oil.
