Quick and easy to prepare these are the perfect snack filled with powerful super foods and delicious taste!

  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup JT’s coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup hulled tahini
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts of your choice


  • 2 tablespoons JT’s coconut water
  • 1/2 cup chopped organic dried apricots
  • 3 tablespoons of LSA
  • 3 tablespoons of cacao nibs
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut nectar or maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • Extra desiccated coconut for rolling

Apricot, coconut & tahini bliss balls

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. If mixture is too dry add some extra coconut oil, if mixture is too wet for rolling then add extra tablespoon of both LSA and Chia seeds. Shape into teaspoon sized balls and then roll in extra coconut. Refrigerate for an hour until firm then store in air tight container in the fridge. Enjoy x
