• 3/4 Cup Coconut Butter (you can buy it or recipe to make it is below)
  • 1/4 Cup Jt’s Organic Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Coconut Nectar or Maple Syrup
  • Raw chocolate for Drizzling – see recipe here.

Carmel Coconut ‘White Chocolate’ Hearts

Recipe to make Coconut Butter: Place 2 cups of organic desiccated coconut into a high powered vitamix or blender. Process the coconut for 15-20 minutes – stay with it and scrape down sides so mixture is all incorporated. You’ll know its ready when all the coconut has been turned into a smooth liquid like paste.

Recipe to make the Carmel Coconut Hearts:

Place all ingredients into the food processor or Vitamix and blend until fully incorporated. Scoop out into trays (we used heart shaped ice cube trays from Ikea) and place into freezer. Will be frozen after about 1.5 hours and then drizzle with raw chocolate if desired. See raw chocolate recipe here.
