Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon of maca
  • 1 teaspoon of Vital Greens Australia
  • 2 teaspoons of cacao or cocoa (cacao is full of nutrients so is a better choice if you can get it)
  • 200 ml of Jts coconut water
  • Few drops of stevia liquid (a zero calorie natural plant based sweetener)

Choc Berry Protein Thickshake

Blend in a Vitamix until smooth and thick. Top with cacao nibs for a choc chip crunch and ditch the straws- spoons are required here. Oh and a note on the vital greens- trust us you won’t even taste it- you’ll get a green dose and your kids/ boyfriend or husband will be none the wiser! Xx
