Chocolate Coconut Crackles

Looking for a tasty treat to make for the kids these school holidays? Chocolate Crackles are always a winner especially when they are made using healthy, gluten free ingredients.

Method:

In a high powered blender, process one cup of Pips Real Food Hazelnut and Cacao Crunch
to break it down then pour into a bowl.
Add all of the dry ingredients and mix together.
Pour in the Coconut Oil.  You will need to use enough coconut oil to ensure the mixture is wet  – around 1/2 Cup.
Pour mixture into cupcake wrappers and place in fridge to set.
