Ingredients

  • 2 frozen Bananas
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 T Spirinualla
  • Handful of Spinach
  • 1 T Bioglan Kale Powder
  • 1 T Bioglan Collagen Powder
  • 1 T Flaxseed Oil
  • JT Coconut Water 

Expectant Mum’s Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is not only full of nurturing ingredients for the mum-to-be but it is also perfect to eat if you are feeling run down as it is packed with essential vitamins and minerals to help boost your immune system.

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender or Nutri Bullet. Top with gluten free granola, avocado, blueberries and passionfruit.
