Ingredients

  • 1 x frozen banana
  • 100g frozen mango chunks
  • 1 sachet of Pink Pitaya
  • 1/2 cup JT’s Coconut Essence Coconut Water or Coconut Milk

 

Pink Pitaya & Coconut Smoothie

In a Nutri Bullet or Vitamix, blend all ingredients until smooth, then layer smoothie mix in a glass with granola and coconut chips – top with blueberries and walnuts.
