Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup cold JT’s Coconut Essence coconut water
  • 1 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1 scoop unsweetened plant based protein (optional)

To serve:

  • Fresh berries
  • Mango
  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut yoghurt
  • JT’s Coconut Chips (optional)

Raspberry Coconut Smoothie Bowl

This gorgeous Smoothie Bowl recipe has been shared with us by the lovely Kim from @juicy_souls and is a great breakfast option on these hot, Summer mornings!

METHOD: 

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor until smooth but still thick.

Pour this delicious pink mixture into a bowl and top with berries, slices of mango, coconut yoghurt, a sprinkle of chia seeds and enjoy!
