• 1 cup of jt’s coconut oil melted
  • 1 cup of cacao
  • 1 cup of melted cacao butter
  • 1/2 cup of rice malt syrup or sweeter of choice (melted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of course sea salt
  • Lavender flowers stems and leaves removed (5-6 flowers)
  • Handful of Cacao nibs

Salted Lavender Chocolate Fudge

All you need is equal parts melted extra virgin cold pressed & organic jt’s coconut oil {by making sure you use our virgin cold pressed coconut oil you are ensuring the high integrity of all the benefits of coconut oil offers that are preserved in extraction process} and equal parts cacao powder & melted cacao butter (we have given specific quantities above as guide but make as much or as little as you like). Add sweetener to taste into the warm mixture and whisk together.

Place into a lined tin and sprinkle over the lavender buds, salt and the cacao nibs and then place into the freezer for at least 2- 3 hours to set.

Cut up into squares and store in the freezer. YUM!
